Carleton-Willard Village is a self-managed, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) set amid 72 acres of pristine fields and forest.
We are close to the cultural and intellectual offerings of Boston, one of America’s best-loved cities. We have been providing unparalleled services to those over 65 since 1884.
We offer a complete and flexible range of services from well-appointed apartments and cluster homes to Assistance in Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services, and support for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Village services and programs promote independence, safety, dignity, comfort and stimulation.
Carleton-Willard Village is accredited by CCAC-CARF, the joint Continuing Care Accreditation Commission/Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Carleton-Willard Village was the first continuing care retirement community in Massachusetts to become accredited in 1988, an award we have continuously held since that time.
Carleton-Willard is a teaching affiliate of the Boston University School of Medicine, and is affiliated with Boston University’s renowned Alzheimer’s Disease Center (BUADC).
